Drum Grain Cleaner
Drum Grain Cleaner BS

The drum-type grain cleaning machine is designed for preliminary, primary and secondary cleaning of agricultural crops of different weediness and with different degrees of moisture. The drum cleaner consists of a drum with perforated sieves and an aspirator. The aspirator removes all fine waste such as dust, husks and various impurities. Then the grain goes to the sieve. Usually the drum consists of several sieves with different cell diameters. The cell sizes of the first sieve are the smallest. Fine waste goes into the first sieve. On the next sieve, the cells are already larger and broken grain runs through them. And the cells of the third sieve correspond to the size of the culture that is being cleaned on the separator. All waste is removed from the sieves. The sieves on each drum cleaner can be easily changed to suit any crop. The quality (degree) of cleaning is regulated by changing the angle of inclination and the drum rotation speed. This also accordingly affects the performance of the grain cleaner.
The drum separator is a multifunctional model with which it is possible to combine several operations:
- Scalping (selection of large, accidentally caught impurities);
- Grain separation from large and light impurities;
- Grain calibration (by weight and size);
- Separation of grain material by crops.
CHARACTERISTICS COMPARISON OF SEPARATOR BS MODELS
